EQT Active Core Infrastructure completed its acquisition of Crown Castle's Small Cell & Venue business, with the acquired assets now operating as standalone company Arium Networks. Arium Networks operates a portfolio of over 100,000 on-air or under-contract small cells across 43 states serving the three largest U.S. mobile network operators.
